Every company has the power to make good out of a bad situation (just look at what Nigel is doing!), and I'm sure BMI will do what they can to help the OP - woodey's call to BMI and the information they gave him are positive steps, and the re-instatement of his booking, even if it is only waitlisted are good first steps. There must be a channel for sorting these things out within the * Alliance.
