I may be the exception but I am probably
a rant to rave ratio of .1 or less
I am at least 90% and probably more like 95% satisfied with UA.
Given the airline industry with factors like weather, ATC, etc.
I think it would be impossible to be 100% satisfied.

I am an AA million miler and certainly am more satisfied with UA than AA.
I also fly WN sometimes and much prefer UA.

I think people are more motivated to rant about bad news (i.e. like the
award changes) than they are to rave about good news (i.e. like the
March triple miles).
