Not my current employer, thank god. A former employer did have that policy in place, which resulted in my refusal to take on out of town assignments (they weren't part of my job description and would have been voluntary). I don't mind sharing my off-work hours with colleagues, but I draw the line at sharing a bedroom. It is very personal and I don't want to know most of my coworkers quite that well! If it is someone I know and like, and we both agree, I would be amenable to offering to share, in order to save costs. It should be at my discretion, though, rather than a set company policy. Just my 2 cents...
