My travel dept booked a flight from PBI-SAN yesterday,for Monday 1/13. I first checked the Delta web site to determine which flights I wanted before calling the company travel dept to book the trip. All fares shown were "Q" class. Called the travel dept & they booked me on the flights I wanted. Called GM to upgrade, "sorry, your fare class "L" doesnot allow for any upgrades" (not NAMU or segment points). How did the company travel dept get an "L" fare for $420 vs the website "Q" fare for $820?. Thanks
