My girlfriend and I will be stuck in KIX for about 9 hours next month from 16:00 - 1:25. Do any of you experiences travellers have any suggestions on ways to kill time without straying too far from the airport? Suggestions that don't involve using lots of money would help us the most as we are both starving students (i.e. we literally eat Ramen about 10 times a week). Are there any interesting towns close to the airport that don't cost a lot to get to? Will we be able to get back using publich transport at around 11:00 or 12:00? cheap beer anywhere?
