I am a Brit living in NYC and I go home to visit 3 or 4 times a year with my wife. Recently someone at my office asked me if I have enrolled in the On Business program which, as I understand it, earns miles for my employer when I travel on BA. We always travel WT+, so I guess they would make 60-75K miles a year from us. The only people in our company who use BA are the senior people and the partners. They all travel to/from London regularly, and are always in CW or First. They are all in this On Business program too.

Now I am not the type to ask for upgrades and such at check-in. I quite like WT+ and we get to use our miles and go in CW every 3rd or 4th flight which is fine by me, but it's nice to be bumped, and I was wondering whether associating myself with these bigwigs might help my case.

I realise this is probably not the case, but I thought I'd ask.
