Tried it using my husband's account, and updating it to reflect my info. It said,
"You have previously redeemed a reward from this sponsor within the last 90 days. Redemption rules for this Reward stipulate that you may make only one redemption every 90 days. You may either choose a different Reward now or redeem this Reward at a later date (once 90 days have passed since your most recent redemption of any Reward from this sponsor)."
