Unlikely. First, JFK is your origin so it can't be a "stopover" on the return. Secondly, while you are allowed an "open jaw" on the European segment (or anywhere), you would not also be allowed a "stopover." Looks like you will need two awards/tickets to do this. But give Delta a call to check it out.
