Arrival time is 23.00 hrs, you will probably finish immigration, bags claim, custom(?), by about 1.00 hr. the next day. Bus teriminal will take about 45 minutes night time by taxi. Bus transfer to Hua Hin will probably not be available. You better stay in the airport until dawn to proceed or walk along the connect way across the road to the Airport Hotel on opposite site, or get Domistic flight the next day to Hua Hin airport.
