This is the gold-standard for tumi and as Scott posted, holds everything. It also has padded sleeve for laptop which you can carry individual (usually from room to coffee shop or mtg). And pricy
But it is heavy....I use it only for my 2-4 wk international trips when I have to pack only a roller carryon for my clothes. But for everyday use I would recommend something lighter -- here you have a plethora of brands and types to choose from. A cheap kensington padded bag back with strap to carry as messenger bag is what I use for everyday use....$39 from eBay.
But there are so many to choose from....
