-They also fly from the new Kobe airport on their brand-new 738.
-You won't have any problems being a foreigner flying with them.
-You should have no problems buying online.......book 2 months out and get a very cheap fare.
-You must check-in before a certain time or lose the reservation, I believe it's 20-30 mins, and must be on the plane 10 minutes before departure.
-Pretty good, as they turn the planes very quickly(all Japanese airlines do). The airport in Fukuoka is fairly small space wise but manages 20 million+ pax a year
