Hi experts,

I don't want to cross-listed at the JAL/ANA thread, but I guess inquiry about Skymark seems to work best here at "Other Asian airlines"... hopefully I will get an answer here.

Just curious if anyone has flown Skymark Airlines! As you guys know, I like to try out these new airlines, and Skymark looks pretty interesting.

I wonder if anyone can give me some feedbacks regarding the following:
1. Are non-Japanese-speaking passengers welcomed? or maybe I will put it this way, will it be problematic if I don't speak Japanese?

2. The website seems very easy to use, so I assume that there won't be problems buying on line, right?

3. How is their service? I assume that it will not be ANA or JAL style, but if I understand correctly, Skymark is not necessarily LCC anyway? On the HND to FUK service, I assume it will be beverage only flight... I have never flown domestic Japanese flights before... so I will appreciate if you can give me more information.

4. What is the check-in deadline?

5. How on time is this airline? I assume most Japanese airlines will run very efficient and on time service. This should not be any different.

6. How is the Cygrus Class (A premium cabin for them)? I assume that you get a bigger seat, but anything else...
