AA uses 777s on the NRT route, so they do have IFE in the seatbacks, but it's not on demand. Choice of about 3-4 movie channels, running in cycle, TV shows, ~10 music stations. AA also has power plugs in about 1/2 of the economy seats so if you have a laptop or a portable dvd player you can watch anything you want. Check
