Only the UK Landside arrivals Lounge after Immigration and Customs closes at 2pm. It is designed for Business travellers who would not normally have a Hotel room until 3pm.
As you are in Transit you would normally just go directly to One of The Departures Lounges in Terminal 4. However if you are looking for something to pass the time, then by all means stand in line for Immigration Inspection and Customs and enjoy the Showers and Buffet Breakfast in arrivals, then you can endure the T4 Departure security and then head for one of the 2 Business Class departure Lounges. If you do chose this option get the First Class check-in Desk to attach a "Fastrack" sticker to you LHR-LUN Boarding Card.
After you have entered the departures area you cannot change your mind and then head backward to the arrivals lounge.
