ok why would american express say no to collecting more money. they collect more money off you, and if your threatning to cancel ur platinum card, they will just lose more money off you. i know 1 person isnt a lot of money, but they have an oppertunity to gain a lil more money, or lose a long time customer...id think they would upgrade the person. has anyone actually tried this method?
