Thanks for your suggestion. SK does allow pets in cabin so I'll look into doing that route. I find that to book using miles you have to keep calling until you reach an agent who isn't cranky and wants to help. With AC that could be a lot of calls! Maybe I could go with someone other than *A or get into the states and fly from there. Geesh, I never thought getting to a dog show would be so difficult!
