One of the reasons given on the show cancellation was because they had trouble getting acts that wanted to come to CLE. Main reason they hold the induction ceremony in NYC. Plenty of luxury hotels, restaurants and attractions for the inductees and acts.
Find it hard to believe that acts care where that much where they perform and get exposure and leverage future revenue. I suspect it is much more the case that the corporate interests- the real soul of R&R- that prefer not to be tainted by a declasse venue.
