If it's a single ticket under a joint fare, the luggage should be automatically connected at NRT. The last few times that I've gone through NRT we have had to exit the concourse and go back through security so if you feel more comfortable you could easily get your luggage and re-check it, but I wouldn't. Personally I think the fact that there's adequate time the luggage should make its connection.
