You must be confusing me with someone else --I'm hardly pessimistic about CO. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with their product and am a loyal customer. Some things do stick out like a sore thumb there, though, like the EWR check-in counter which doesn't properly reflect the decent service CO provides in-flight (and on the other side of security, for that matter at EWR.)

But overall, I am pleased with CO's BF product ...and have flown their product exclusively overseas for the last few years.
