incentive program. Promos are part of the cost to make a casual customer a frequent customer.
Where do you think they should spend their marketing money - to make a 15 night per year customer a 40 night per year customer, or to make a 100 night per year customer a 125 night per year customer? Does a 100 night per year customer even have 25 more hotel nights in him?
