It's a shame because EWR overall has great facilities --but those passengers paying the most money for the longest flights have to walk their way through that dump of a check-in area.

Can CO at least splurge on $50 in blue and white paint to at least spruce up the walls around the check-in area? Or perhaps run a vacuum over the BusinessFirst carpets there.
