Gentlefolk, my note was to reassure a fellow traveler that a similar situation had been noted and addressed by the airline once and that (still not knowing any better) when it happened again, I mentioned it to the nice folks on the phone, at which point it was taken care of again. Of course I was, as I always am, grateful for a safe and on-time trip. I hope I haven't contributed to any financial woes.
When does the need to have other traveler's experiences "justified" to them kick in? Is this around the 2500th posting or does it happen sooner?
