BKK Hotel Reservations desk at int'l arrival hall
With potential UA NRT-BKK bump and arrival time is 23:00, I didn't make my first night of hotel booking. If I don't score the bump voucher and have to take this late flight, anyone know if this reservation desk will still be open close to midnight after I claim my bags and clear custom?

Is there any affordable and safe transportation option to Hua Hin at that hour??
