A year ago, I stayed at both the PH Milan and the Westin Milan. By far, the PH is the much better choice. It is very centrally located, the rooms are great and the staff very accomodating. I was there for one night only and on a very cheap corp rate. I was hoping to use a Diamond Suite upgrade, but at check in --very early (10am-ish) I was told I could wait for a suite, but the room they had assigned to me was larger and on a corner. So I took that one, and was not disappointed. Here are a few pics :
