This is the message I received this afternoon. I have emailed them my feelings on their actions. How do they know how I plan to use their service??? I won't be dealing with them.
In the past few days our company has processed hundreds of logons to our BTS Product. After tracing back the referring URL to this page:

This product at a high cost to All-Around Travel, is mainly maintained for our corporate accounts. In the past few days we have spent an incredible amount of resources building all of these profiles so that users can access our system. We at All-Around Travel take our customer-service based business very seriously and we would love to have you actually browse BTS and then book your travel with US, but we can not justify allowing you to ONLY browse and then cancel the itinerary. This service may seem "FREE" to you, but we actually have to pay for every log on and every time you create an itinerary... If at any time in the future you would be interested in making a booking on our high quality booking system, please contact us, we would love to have your business!
