I ended up cancelling my ticket, of which I lose $100 in "change" fees and in 5 minutes I had my entire trip booked with SWA. So by AA's refusal to work with me I spent $400 more with a different carrier and will do my best to discourage everyone I know and work with (75+ "road warriors" )

Thanks AA!! I'm glad you employ my cousin, but I won't be giving you any of my money...
