I received a mail offering 15% bonus for transferring AMEX Membership Rewards to DL Skymiles. In the terms of the offer it does mention that this is valid only for the cardmember named on the mailing. However when I called AMEX, the CSR mentioned that this promotion is available to everyone.

Here are the details:
1. Offer expires September 30th
2. Minimum points to be transferred: 1000
3. No maximum points limit specified
4. Bonus skymiles will be posted approx. 6-8 weeks after Sep 30th.
5. Only the first transfer during the period (8/16 to 9/30) will get the bonus miles.
6. Number to call for transfer: 1-800-AXP-EARN (297-3276)

Are there any other promotions out there with more than 15% bonus?

Few weeks back, there was a promotion for 25% bonus skymiles (and medallion status) for transferring at least 250,000 MR points. However the minimum for the current promotion is only 1000 points.
