I doubt it. Unless on the same day of your flight, you signed up for the WP and asked the agent at arriving gate to input your information. (per-agent when I asked this along time ago).

So in your case, I doubt they will deposit the miles as the WP application is applied well after the flight itself. I think the same rule goes for UAL.
