what if you have mutual account with your spouse. will we be credited for two rooms each?

I have three rooms booked, and made one in my wife+s name and two in mine. despite the fact that it is same HH number, hers reservation is not shown under "my travel planner"

also, Gold and Diamond receve an extra voucher (app 5 and 10 euro) for each night. Is this for each room, each member or each account.? (i.e will we receive one, two or three vouchers each night?)

I have e-mailed HH members service twice concerning this, but they have nor replied. I quess they do not have any policy for such a "odd" occations.
