Reduce Labor? I don't agree with that. The one thing we can all agree on and what sets up apart from other airlines is our EMPLOYEES! That is what people will miss most when they leave DL for other carriers. We are the reason they were probably hanging on for so long. Management's poor treatment of our LOYAL flyers is what is driving them away. So you want to reduce the only good thing DL has going? I respectfully do not agree. Our pilots are safe and among the best in the world and our flight crews VALUE every foot that steps thru the aircraft.
