I've never looked at the economics of this, but that seems kind of cheap to be the world's second most expensive. Doesn't the average one bedroom apartment in New York go for a mean of over $1 million? New York apartment's aren't that big, so why does the world have so few comparably expensive hotels. Obviously there's a difference between what you sell for vs. the cost to build, but still.
