i am a 2p and was flying Y class from sin to nrt but was told to join the economy class queue at the airport even after i informed the staff that i am a 2p. i thought 2p members were allowed to use the business class counters for check-in, but apparently there was a star alliance silver check in counter within the economy class area, so i had to join the economy class queue instead. is sin the only airport with this arrangement?
