We managed to check in online today with difficulty using my btopenzone account. The hotel did not have a printer to print our boarding cards. I was orginally in row 15 and 16 but managed to move us to row 9 (on the 319). Thought to speed things up tomorrow we would try to get our boarding cards from zone G or F as it said on line with no luck.

Fortunately there was a lovely lady there who checked our passports and issued our boarding cards. All we got to do now is bag drop tomorrow. Just a wuick question in row 9 the exit row and I noticed that 9D was already taken. On our Man flights in the past this has been used by crew for departure and arrival, will it be the same on the Mun route?

Must say for someone not travelling much in Europe and on the dark side with VS am quite impressed with the customer service from the lady who obviously could have told us to get stuffed and come back tomorrow.
