Apart from Hawker centres (must haves include laksa satay and murtabak) my must have dining in SIN are Indian food at somewhere like the Banana Leaf Appollo on Racecourse Rd ,seafood at the East Coast Seafood centre and Champagne Brunch at one of the big hotels -my favourites are the Interconental and the Four Seasons. You need to be able to write off the day after brunch as the freeflow champagne is a KILLER at lunchtime!
