My personal best, admittedly several years ago, was over 6 months. I was repeatedly told that cards had been despatched to me, but for some strange reason, although I was not aware of any other problems with my post, the card just never made it through my letterbox. Whenever someone from BA asked "Can I see your gold card?", I would answer "Can I see my gold card?"
