So don't listen to the TLC jive. But do e-mail them for your AZ locator number. They're going to have to honor the tickets as is. This might not be applicable to this situation, but it was applicable to previous situations I've had with AZ:
The Orbitz-issued tickets included an Alitalia record locator in the email they sent out at time of booking/ticketing. That initial AZ record locator seems to be a rather persistent bugger when it comes to AZ tickets/ticket receipts and seems to frequently be referred to even when new bookings (i.e., new record locators) are created. Just an FYI.
