How long do I have to wait for my Gold card?
I passed the Gold tier point limit on a flight I had on the 16th of February. BA's site showed my Gold status a day or two later.
It's been two months now and I still haven't received any communications from BA on this.
I've emailed BA once on this (via their site, no reply) and I called Executive Club a week ago. They told me to wait another week and call back if I haven't received my card.
Is this normal? Makes you wonder just how much bureaucracy is involved.
