I am travelling Club, so can FastTrack, but even so is this possible.
If your inbound is on time then 1.5 hours is ample if:-
  • You do not have luggage to collect
  • you are through ticketed

If you meet this criteria you will not have to clear Immigration (no US style crap here of making connecting pax clear INS) as the T4 and T1 transfer can be all airside so long as you follow the signs for flight connection.
