In the past as an Ambassador, the upgrades I've gotten were as follows:
IC Yokohama - booked superior park view, got bay view on a higher floor.
IC Tokyo Bay - booked superior river view, got bay view.
IC Austin - booked standard room, got corner room.
IC Houston - booked club room, got club room (and club was closed).
IC Dallas - booked superior room, got deluxe room.

As an Ambassador and as an RA, I've never once not gotten the fruit, water and welcome gift.
