Sorry, I don't have much more to offer in terms of dinner spots in SIN. On my first-ever stay in Singapore, I came in on SQ 21 and was so jet-lagged come evening that I just fell asleep and Mr. Megatop had to order room service. It was a nice room with a spectacular view, so he wasn't complaining too much.
Our second night we ate at an Indian restaurant in Clarke Quay whose name escapes me. Third night we ate on SQ 68 up to BKK. On our next stay, it was Blue Ginger the first night and Jade (recommended above) the second. My other soujorns in Singapore have been stopovers, so no dining opportunities outside Changi.
