It is a basic kinda lounge, not as good as the SQ SKL, but better than any RCC I've been to recently. A bunch of hot and cold snacks, varying by the time you are there. There are a few computers around (fast) as well as free wifi. I think there are shower facilities available too.

If you are flying onwards in *A C or F, check out the SKL, if you are in Y, but have *G status then your only choice is the Premier Lounge.
