I am still at a loss as to some of these benefits for Ambassador:
(1) Special checkin area - i dont see any.. I guess not all hotel has it
(2) Instant checkin - how does that work? always had to line-up to checkin, not quite instant. Still had to submit my credit card and the usual signing...
(3) VIP greeting - by whom? never been greeted by anyone other than the checkin agent
(4) Welcome gift? what welcome gift? never got any
(5) Room Upgrade - if you can call a room with a slightly better view

The only thing I get a benefit from is the Free Pay TV - (unfortunately, these dont include the XXX ones, so I was told...
