BINGO! I was thinking of the same...but mine arrived as normal. Just dispute it with them by saying that you know that UPS/FedEx has an on time Guarantee. So if it doesn't arrive on time, why are you paying for it? *note the guarantee depends on their contract. My former employer's corporate rate gave an additonal discount in lieu of the on time guarantee and my current employers rate only gives a 30% discount if it's late. NEvertheless you can probably argue the charge.
