I imagine Orbitz would have saved their staff hundreds of call hours by simply emailing the ticketed folks with an explanation of how they were going to address the situation.
I bought two tickets from Orbitz and got ticket numbers. My trip then showed as cancelled on Orbitz, no tracking number. I haven't contacted Orbitz or AZ. But this morning my tickets arrived at my front door.
