You'll get lounge access before the CE flights but you will have to use your Gold Card and 1 Guest pass to get in before your WT+ flights. You could always ask the lounge people if they'll let you in but they have been quite strict recently.

You could always send the missus shopping with the kids whilst you pop into the FIRST lounge for a quick pre-flight of shampoo.............
