First guy should have been chucked off the flight. Second situation - well, I've made my thoughts about reclining on short haul (i.e. on a London to Scotland flight it's deeply antisocial imv) so I don't blame the guy behind for being agro, but there's a limit to what you should do/say and it seems he crossed the line. The trouble is that as long as cabin/flight crew treat these people with kid gloves the behaviour will continue.
