That's right, but keep in mind that you have to pay full taxes for the infant. If the total adult ticket price is $1000, the taxes could be something like $150 (or less if you're lucky), so the baby's price is $85+$150=$235. Quite a bit more than 10%, and you still don't get a guaranteed seat for the infant.
