Anyone ever book 2 vehicles just to be asked to be upgraded?
Has anyone ever reserved 2 vehicles in order to pay a small upgrade fee instead of the actual daily rate?
Example: reserve Navigator for $100/day or book a full-size ($30/day) and a Navigator but just ask the counter people to upgrade you to the SUV, therefore you usually will end up paying much less then the $100/day rate, more like the full size $30/day + maybe $40-50/day for the upgrade?
