Using a TSA lock isn't even a guarantee that it won't be broken.

Last summer when I checked in at HNL, I told the TSA guy that they had TSA locks on them. He acknolwedged that and I went on my way. When I get to BWI, I pick the bag up and the lock was cut with a TSA "we were here" slip inside the bag.

Idiots.
