That's the rub, I think. Those of us who have more traditional ideas
about pizza (ok, it's a young tradition, a hundred years or less) will take
a Regina's pepperoni with extra cheese, a favorite of North Enders when
the North End was made up largely of first- and second-generation
Italian-Americans, over anything called "chicken ranch," after ordering
which I think you have to go to confession anyway.

Chicken doesn't belong on pizza, and ricotta is kind of dubious!
